An UFO filmed in the skies of Mars. NASA makes a premiere statement ! (VIDEO)

The footage was recorded by the rover Curiosity, sent by the U.S. space agency to inspect the Red Planet.

Curiosity rover captured an image of what could be a celestial body or an unidentified flying object.

Comets, shooting stars and meteors hyave been seen by now. But surprising is the statement from NASA:

"Is this the first picture of a Mars meteorite or a picture of a spacecraft sent from another world at the beginning of our space exploration program? We might never know, but we are still looking for clues (Mark Lemmon, NASA)"

The images were shot in May, with a panoramic camera.

Scientists say that the line could be a mysterious meteorite or one of the seven ships that are in orbit around Mars. Because of its position on the sky, chances are very small objects to be Mars 2, Mars 3, Mars 5, or Phobos 2, of Russia, Mariner 9 and Viking 1 of Americans. It is possible, however, that trail will be Viking 2, which has a polar orbit.
